Why Us?
Thank you for browsing my site. My name is Kristin Huffman, the owner of Safely Home Pet Sitting and Transport. My passion is to care for animals. As a teen, I was active in 4 -H with my English Setter and farm animals. I was forever changed with Hurricane Katrina, working for 2 years with other virtual computer volunteers to search through databases hoping to reunite pets with their relocated owners. My 10 year fostering experience includes; Above and Beyond English Setter Rescue, Ohio Fuzzy Pawz Shih Tzu Rescue, Mid Ohio Animal Welfare League, and Columbus Cocker Rescue. I am registered with the State of Ohio as a 501c3 rescue foster home.
